When you feel it.

And I mean REALLY feel it. Force yourself not to say it until the feeling is just unbearable. Too many people say the words and not mean it.

I don't think there is really a rule, but I would have to say that you don't really know in 3 weeks.

You may know you are totally attracted to this guy and that he is totally sexy and that he makes you totally happy, but be careful with throwing out that word too soon or you may scare him off and you'll get your heart broken.

i think you should go slowly with this... like build it up until when you say it, you both expect it.

Like say... the relationship has been more and more intimate, and it's like you both knew you loved each other...
then i think it's ready, and you'd only need a proper moment to say it.

So yeah, it's not really a timed rule, but a "feel it's okay" rule.

Like for me, i would just feel at ease and warmer if someone said it to me on the 1st date, but my friend would freak out.

It's different with everyone, know your lover well =)

Whenever you're comfortable.

No-one can tell you how to feel, and hiding your feelings is hiding your true self. Relationships where all feelings are disclosed are always the best relationships. If he's uncomfortable with your feelings, then he's uncomfortable with the one part about you that he should be attracted to the most.

Come clean. It'll feel good.

In my opinion, there's two big things to wait for.

A: Don't say the L word unless you mean it.
B: Don't say the L word if it comes off as creepy.

An example of B is going out on a second date and having her say "I think I love you."

Use your judgment in regards to B, other than that, good hunting.

There is no rule about that...if you love him,you should tell him,or at least show him that you love him...he may be a bit "frightened","scared" if you are together for a while...i believe that after at least a month it's absolutely fine to tell him...
Hope it helped!!!
