I can't stand flat water or water without at leastlemon, but I can drink bubbly mineral waters... is this bad for me? Is it equal to drinking soda?

Think about it this way.
Your body spend 24 hours a day trying to get rid of carbon dioxide.
So, we force it into a liquid and drink it.

Just some food for thought.

I never heard of adverse health effects from drinking carbonated water. You'll burp more and could possibly become bloated. How about a happy medium (i.e. lightly carbonated water)... and it differs from soda obviously in terms of the amount of sugar and sodium that soda contains, but the water does not.

carbonation isn't bad unless you have high blood pressure, the sodium isn't good.

other than that, beware of belching and OTHER noises...
