My friend got hit pretty bad the other day, and the guy just drove off. All that we were able to get was his license plate number. What can she do?

Report it to the proper authorities. Hit & run is illegal. Contact your local DMV & ask for their help. If u have full coverage insurance, contact the insurance carrier.

when the traffic report is done, she needs to give that information to the officer but with the license plate they can check who is the registered owner of the vechicle.

File a claim w/ your insurance company they will handle it! Make a police report also.

Yes, unless the vehicle was stolen, they'll find the driver.
