Should a person call another person just to do it when they are intoxicated?

Nope. Chances are the person they are calling is an ex, ugly, desperate enough to accept the invite, or a beast. A more random person provides the same satisfaction without the horrible aftertaste.

I assume by 'it' you mean have sex. That being the case as long as both parties are amenable to the prospect and not so intoxicated as to be incapable of giving consent then yes. It's a major reason for a lot of the imbibing that takes place in the world.

It's called Drinking and Dialling. While the act may not be as physically dangerous as drinking and driving, it can lead to some serious emotional accidents. If you find yourself in the habit, perhaps you should unplug your phone or shut off the cell phone before hitting the bottle. That would be the equivalent of hiding your car keys.

No. Why would you want to experience something hopefully good feeling and then not remember it the next morning?

I know alcohol lowers many woman's sexual inhibitions and unless you are just looking for a booty call, don't do it.
If that's the case skip the alcohol and just make a booty call.

I hate it when that happens. My friends will do that all the time. Nothing's more annoying than trying to reason with a drunk dude or chick. If they're calling for you to pick em up, that's cool. But I have to admit, it's something you can smile about in retrospect, so, I guess, Dial Away!
