old ticket 1990 texarkana,tx others in montgomery county texas , houston tx trying to get licenses for divorce to get child support mother of 4 .thank for any information.

What do you mean by clear the ticket? I assume you mean they are old tickets that you have not paid, since Texas will suspend your license or deny renewal based on this. You can contact the DPS to find out the exact court you need to deal with, and then mail them the money. As soon as the tickets have been paid, your license will be cleared.

The laws on this vary from state to state, so you will probably need to find a local attorney. I most states, the only way to clear tickets is the passage of time. If you were in California, moving violations drop off your record after 3 years. Your state might be different. If you received a ticket but haven't been found guilt yet, some states let you go to traffic school to avoid a conviction.

you cant just clear a ticket, only way to get a ticket off your record is if your state clears your record of minor crimes over so many years or the court finds you not guilty of what the ticket is for.
