It is wrong for a christian to have a boyfriend under the following conditions:
1) You're too young (as defined by your parents).
2) Your parents don't approve.
3) The christian you are talking about is ALSO a male.
4) There is an inordinate age gap and/or you are a minor and
the boyfriend is an adult.
5) The boyfriend does not:
a) Tithe and give to missions
b) Attend church faithfully
c) Maintain a clear christian testimony
d) Treat you with the respect and deference due a
christian lady.
e) Demonstrate Godly character in public AND private.
6) Your pastor has counseled you against it.
7) You don't meet the above requirements under number 5.

NO! But it is a sin to have sex before you get married. At least...i think it is. I'm a Christian. I have a boyfriend. I'm not sinning, so no.

Are you kidding me? What would make that a sin? How are you suppose to find a soulmate if you can't have a boyfriend. Last time I looked in the bible no commandment said "Thall shall not have boyfriends"

No. When Jesus gave us "the Commandment" to "Love one another", this includes all faces of the human love we can show here on earth, so as far as we are showing and giving pure love -not what the world says about it- then we are living the life God wants us to live, a loving life!

no!! i had bf and im christian..i had boyfriends that werent christian and ones that were..just be careful b/c as christians people think they can take advantage of us but just stand firm and hold yo ground.

no, you're supposed to find someone to live your life with, why else would God have made 2 in the beginning?? Who care if you're gay, bi, or whatever, you should always have that love in your life....

as long as you're not having sex or killing animals with him. if the relationship doesn't cause you to disobey anything in the bible, then why would it be wrong???
