Sleep can help if you're using in the pm try not to use too close to bedtime if it makes you restless.
THC can dehydrate you, water, gatorade or 100% juice is a good way to replenish. Caffeine can wake you up if you're drowsy, alcohol or valerian can help relax you if you're restless or jittery... all three can dehydrate you more, so make sure you get enough water. USE ALL MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCES RESPONSIBLY or not at all.
Minerals can also help (calcium-magnesium mixtures with other trace minerals).
Some people like "smart drugs" to replenish neurotransmitters, but can be expensive and require research to be purchased and used effectively and intelligently.
Doing chores like dishes, washing clothes, sweeping or vaccuming can channel any excess energies into constructive activities and help ease anxiety or nervous energy.

Usually it takes between 1 and 5 hours depending on the quality and how much you smoked. But I've had what's happening to you happen to me, only it lasted for 4 days. It turned out that it had been laced with cocaine. So I would say that if it doesn't wear off by tonight, don't smoke anymore of that weed. If it wears off in the next few hours I think you'll be okay to smoke it, just don't smoke as much.
