A friend of mine got a ticket for almost 1,000 dollars for doing this and I think it was in a park. I don't know what it mean and what he was doing.

For starters, you could try asking your friend what he was doing at the time the ticket was issued. The officer must have stated verbally what the violation was. If you read the citation, it should refer you to the specific law that your friend allegedly broke. Most states have their codes on the Internet, so read what the code says.

good live ******* while dancing to rock. police don't get it except from the hookers they arrest instead of placing in drug rehab with counsellors. so they arrest adults who voluntarily dirty dance. They could arrest dealers but arrest addicts and thieves instead.
