We'll see in the end who is right and who is wrong; actually more like who is in heaven and who is in hell.

For an atheist to lose such a wager, it requires more than simply that God exists. It also requires that God is evil.

A benevolent God would reward people for how they treated others in life, not for whether or not they worshiped him. He would also be more likely to reward those who helped others out of a true desire to improve the world, instead of those who's ultimate motive was that they expected to be rewarded for it later.

If the God you believe in rewards those who worship him and condemns everyone else to hell, then the God you believe in is evil. I won't worship evil. Neither should you.

Yes. And I believe you are referring to Pascal's Wager, which states that it is better to be a believer, since you die and either become nothing or go to Heaven. But here's the catch...what if you are believing in the wrong god? Thousands of gods have been worshipped in the course of human history. How do you know yours is The One? By continuing in this falsehood, you are angering the real god more and more everyday.

"Why do not atheists remember on God?" i will in ordinary words talk for myself. i do not see God, i don't sense God, i do not listen God. I also do not see any impact that God has had on the universe I stay in. If i will't journey God, and God has no impact on my truth, then regardless of if God is actual, that is irrelevant. "Why do atheists say " oh, so God farts lightning/watches his CCTV/(different issues that human beings do)" even as the God that we remember on is way more suitable than human beings (like no longer having ft yet no longer an orb of light both, something impressive) and ought to by no potential be compared?" we are able to in ordinary words choose God by employing the descriptions given by employing believers. If the outline is incorrect, that's the believers at fault, no longer the atheists. "Do u adult men trust that human beings will stay contained in the universe perpetually?" No. "How became the universe created? Does it haven't any starting up or end? And if it became created, the position did the necessary elements to create the Universe come from?" The universe originated with the boom of the singularity. Time became also created at that second so there is not any 'in the previous'. the necessary elements that make up the universe got here from the singularity. "Proteins help in translation, reactions, etc, yet they dont have a thoughts. (Or do they, to you?) So the position(why, what for) do we get have a soul and thoughts?" The thoughts is purely electric powered impulses and chemical reactions. you ought to grant information of a soul in the previous i will settle for it exists. "Is our objective is purely to stay as strong human beings?" Sounds as strong as the different objective.

Not another regurgitation of Pascals Wager... (sigh)

Do you really think that your all-knowing, all-powerful imaginary friend doesn't know that you believe in him "just in case"? If thats all the sincerity he requires, then I strongly suspect that anyone who is just a good person has more of a chance of getting into Heaven than you do, whether they believe in God or not.

typical. well congratulations! You have successfully shown that you're "faith" is actually nothing but fear. Why do christians try to scare people into believing their religion? I don't personally believe in heaven OR hell. And besides if theres nothing but these close minded, fearful, self-righteous christians in heaven, why would I want to spend eternity there? That sounds like hell to me.

No. Rather than play irrational games with non-existent currency, I am willing to dispassionately and honestly use reason and logic to arrive at the correct conclusion that god is a fairy tale.

m i already sold mine to my little bro for his green day CD, but i could ask him if he'll let me! A ridicules answer for a ridicules question. If u believe in God and christianity u would have enough goodness and morals inside u not to have asked such an obnoxious question.

Yes.

Are you willing to bet your soul that Odin doesn't exist? Presumably you don't regularly sacrifice reindeer to him, so I'd wager that you are willing to take this bet.

See where this is going?

An unoriginal thought...Blaise Pascal beat you to it, altough he was less santimonious, "Belief is a wise wager. Granted that faith cannot be proved, what harm will come to you if you gamble on its truth and it proves false? If you gain, you gain all; if you lose, you lose nothing. Wager, then, without hesitation, that He exists."
