Feelings of apprehension, helplessness, fear, uncertainty, distress, worry and on and on. But top psychologists in country have found it is better to focus on feeling more happiness than reducing problems since what you focus on tends to expand.

WOW, THIS ISN'T THE PLACE TO ASK. YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR. BUT, I SUFFER FROM PANIC ATTACKS. IT USUALLY STARTS, SOMETIMES FOR NO REASON AT ALL, WITH A BURST OF ADRENALINE, HEART STARTS TO BEAT RAPIDLY, YOU START TO SWEAT, HANDS GET SWEATY, DIFFICULT IN BREATHING. YOUR LEFT ARM MIGHT GET TENSE OR HAVE PAIN IN IT. YOUR MIND RACES, YOU CANT KEEP A THOUGHT. AND AN OVERWHELMING FEELING OF DYING MIGHT OCCUR. YOU FEEL DEPRESSED, BECAUSE YOU THINK YOUR GOING CRAZY. SOMETIMES YOU CANT SLEEP, OR SLEEP WAY TO MUCH. AND YOU MIGHT START TO AVOID PLACES (WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN BEFORE) BECAUSE THE ANXIETY STARTED THERE. SOMETIMES A GOOD COUNSELOR CAN HELP. BUT ALSO IF SEVERE, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO BE ON MEDICATION. I WISH YOU GOOD HEALTH. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF IT.
