Is love a choice or do you fall off your feet in love?

I think love can be a choice but it doesn't necessarily have to be. Like in arranged marriages, the couple that is forced together can find love. But with me, I usually fall face first into love. Kind of like belly flopping on a bad dive. Haha. I never really get a chance to influence who i love. It just happens.

Yes. Love is a choice. Sometimes you may not like the person you love, but you may choose to love them. I think that's the only way love can work because the feeling of love will not always be around. It comes and goes, but a choice is with you forever.

The swooning, fall off your feet, heart beating uncontrollably feeling is not love...it is the precursor to possible love.
If you come upon someone you cannot even like, you would not give yourself the time to fall in love with that person. You can only truly love someone who is first your friend.

It's a choice for me. I don't fall off my feet in love. When I say I'm in love, I am actually very firmly on my feet. Actually I don't "fall" in love. I choose to love when he deserves it.

I don't think Love is a choice. It is something that happens naturally, it can hit you all at once and you would never know what happened. Consider yourself one of the lucky one's if you should ever have the opportunity.

absolutely not. I believe everyone falls in love. Even the meanest, unhappy people in the world do. The only thing they can choose is to act on it or not.
