In Quebec French, "avec" can be used to mean "also"--so if you told someone you love him and he said "je t'aime avec" that would mean "I love you too". It's not correct, (as others have said, "avec" really means "with") but it's fairly common.

This is in french. literary translation would be as follows:
je is i, t is referring to you, aimes is the verb love and avec is with.
so it would mean i love you with..........
