No, your blood type will have no affect on your child. Problems occur due to the rH factor but you are both + so no problem there.

No, having the same blood group as the mother is a good thing. There will be no antibodies against his mother's blood to buildup in his system. if your child is born with a handicap, it is possibly because you and your wife are too closely related and both carry the same defect on your dna.

Your child was born handicapped? It wasn't caused by blood type. Blood type gives information about paternity. The reaction of Rh factors in the mother's and baby's blood can cause a miscarriage, but not any handicap or deformity.
Your doctor should tell you more about the baby's condition.

Any handicap of a child born to parents with such a constellation of blood groups would not have been induced by that.
However, there is some likelihood that the child might not have that blood group because of some recessive alleles in the parents.

B+ is a common blood group, it wouldn't affect your child. Only B-or other negative blood group will get you into trouble.
