NO. Because there is no such thing as hell. If you are gay then that is the way you were born. That is who you are so accept it. It is no one's fault. Gay people have been around a lot longer than the concept of Hell. They are just part of mankind. Dont let any religion make you feel bad, ever!

According to some religions, maybe. I don't think so, however. I don't believe anyone can go to hell for that. If you have a good heart and a good soul, then you are a good person and will not suffer for eternity. But nobody knows for sure what happens after we die. People shouldn't go about saying gays and non-believers are going to hell.

You won't go to hell because you're gay and you won't go to heaven because your good. Both the Old and New Testaments say that our own good works are not sufficient to save us. Thats because our own efforts at being good will never live up to God's standard of good which is absolute and utter perfection. That's why Christ came to earth and died as a substitute for us so that when God looked at us he would not see our lack of perfection anymore. He would see only Christ's perfection.
The problem is that this requires us to acknowledge and accept the thing that Christ did. If we don't then God will not "see" us as perfect because Christ cannot be our substitute. We have to "make a deal" with God, as it were, to acknowledge that we are imperfect (sinners), that we can never live up to God's standard of perfection on our own, that we believe that Christ paid the penalty (death) for our lack of perfection, and we want Christ to stand in for us before God. Once you sincerely and honestly make this deal with God it's forever. It can never be taken away from you. God never goes back on His word.
God does not see you as being any worse than anyone else. It doesn't matter what anyone has told you or tells you. Unless you know someone who is absolutely and utterly perfect (without sin entirely) than they are no better or no worse than you.
After you make this deal with God, if you do, you will notice that your life is changing in ways that you had not thought possible. That's because God says "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" (II Cor. 5:17) But no matter how you change, I can guarantee that will like the new you much better than the old you.

Listen there is no hell, please do not fall for that fairytale story.
And even if there was a "god" I'm sure that as long as you do good and treat others as you would want to be treated you will not goto hell.. the only reason for this idea of going to hell for being gay is due to the bigotry by religious people who are insecure about their own sexuality.
be gay be happy be good

Only if you believe in magic and stories I could rival with a 6 pack of beer and a bottle of jager.Religion should be a guide-line not a way of life. If you do believe deeply then Jesus was black...Live your life by your own standards. The people who are scared of hell usually don't have their own thoughts, just those who are influenced by preachings. The morals should be followed but if your scared of going to hell remember Jesus died and came back ...he must be a ghost...

Doing good does not guarantee anyone (straight or gay) entrance into heaven. Doing good in this world is great, however, having a relationship with Christ is the only way to heaven (or to avoid hell, if you want to put it that way)
"It's not what you do, or what you know, it's WHO you know that gets you to heaven"

One thing is for sure, there is NO such thing as a "reformed" gay. And that's cool, because you don't NEED to "reform". All that you can do is recognize and be comfortable with your own genetic situation, because gays who hate themselves are insufferable monsters. Where are you going when you die? Who freaking knows?? Nobody here does! The important thing is to be remembered. Ask yourself one question; how many people would attend my funeral if I died today? Make a list, less than 50? You got work to do baby, get to it!

The Bible says that no one is good. You can see this easily through the 10 Commandments, God's moral standard of righteousness. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything in your life, or used God's name in vain? If yes, then, by your own admission you are a lying, thieving, blasphemer in the eyes of God. When you die, do you think you'll be innocent or guilty if God uses the 10 commandments as His standard of judgment? If guilty, should He send you to heaven or hell?
When we look at our sins in light of the 10 commandements, we begin to see the reasonableness of God's judgment and hell. We begin to see that we are damned DESPITE our sexual preferance.
Our sin is the reason Jesus Christ had to die on the cross. While you broke God's law, Jesus Christ paid you fine. Repent and trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
I hope to see you in heaven one day.

According to the bible being gay is not the sin, the sin is the act of homosexuality. If you remain celibate and ask for forgiveness and repent and sin no longer then no you will not go to hell. One must remember it is up to you where you spend your eternal life. God gives you that choice to choose which path you take in life and forces no one to come to Him.

a friend of mine had done a research in what many religions and cults believe regarding being gay and still reaching salvation well the response was the same no salvation if your gay; my mother being very catholic told me that's against the laws of god but that god loves no matter what, and would forgive as long as you where sorry and stoped. I don't judge some times I think its what makes you happy.
