My mum used to own a shop and sell ice creams. We went to Brymors dairy in Wensleydale once (where haribo sweets are made) and we literally walked into this massie barn were issued with a spoon and told to taste all the flavours...unsupervised. Man that was a good day just wandering about tasting hundreds of ice creams at will! Anywaymy favourite was easily the black cherry one, when you're nearly finished the tub you'd find the caramelised black cherry juice, its almost like finding the dust at the bottom of a pot noodle. Proper concentrated...mmmmmmmmmmmm

Ben and Jerry's Karamel Sutra with milk and ice.... oh and espresso and caralem ice cream,with caramel syrup and milk and ice... oh and peaches with ice , milk, yogurt,and Peach ice cream... ( because you stated i could not use vanilla, i used peach ice cream truly, got here upon at wally -international! lol
