i have a book called spiretallies and it explanes it but i cant seem to get it to work any tips?

Automatic writing is easy, it's all about being relaxed and feeling the words come out.

Here's a great beginner's book.

Before anything, recite some prayer/blessing to make sure only spirits of light/God communicates with you (important).

Something like:

I am surrounded with the white light of God, I am a clear and perfect channel, light is my guide.

(say 3 times) My teacher told us, lower energies (lower beings cannot handle the vibrations of 3)

If you are serious about becoming a Medium, and not in it for your own amuses, or materialistic gain, you start by reading the books I have listed below by Allan Kardec.

Always, remember, not all spirits contacted are pure. Some have the same knowledge as we do, or less. Some are out to confuse and perform trickery. This is why, when contacting the Spirits, the more educated you are and more spiritual, you can gain access to higher evolved spirits.

Another note, in Kardecist Spiritism, it usually takes about 3 years of education to become a basic Medium. Some people have better aptitude to it than others.

I've done it and have spoken with entities within...just ask a question in your firm penmanship...let yourself go into a bit of a meditative trance and your hand will write in a script that is not your own...yes it's spooky but it has helped me in many ways as has dream interpretation whose principles are very useful in deciphering AW messaging.
