If Hitler is not in Hell (eternally or otherwise), or is not already in process of being a soul reforged, what do you think are the chances he would being surfing the internet right now & to have happened to have come across yahooanswers? I would not think a very high probability.
However your question is an interesting one on a psychological level. We may indeed be going through some pretty intense karma & are wondering why. Though I believe in Karma, I do not always believe it is direct in it's application. Sometimes it's delayed, often it takes a form different than that of the offenses. I think it totally possible that if Hitler was reincarnated he could be rich, happy and with family. Maybe this is all just a set up for when it is all taken away. I cannot say how karma will take place. I can say this in the least. When we commit negative karma we experience the immediate effect of disconnect from the higher source. This is a pain unto itself.
Another thing to keep in mind is that when one has learn ones lesson the necessity for Karma is mitigated by grace. On a side note but yet still related to Grace, many Christians don't believe in reincarnation, but maybe there is something to Christs death that truly gives us an opprotunity for Grace. Who's to say though, it needs to be taken advantage of in this lifetime? A compassionate God would give eternity for his creations to come back to perfect love.
And as for good things happening to bad people, sometimes people just get bowled over. God has given us freewill. It is like the blind man in the bible who it was asked what did his parents did in order for him to be born the way her. The answer was so that he could glorify God, through the compassion of Jesus.

humorous, i have were given no sound the following to take heed to that. yet silence, certain, even as my children are at asleep, at school, or at their dad's. Like this weekend. there's a seasonal variety of silence that I loved this morning as I took an early walk to the lake - the snow were falling all evening lengthy, blanketing and muffling each and every thing, and the in ordinary words sound heard changed into the crunching of it less than my booted ft. A hawk flew up and perched silently severe in a tree, and we both waited for some thing to take position. No rabbits and no sunlight confirmed their faces.
