I moved out when i was 18 but am not entirely on my own my parents are still supporting me. I am now 19 and would like to be on my own as soon as I finish University.

There is no specific age to move out, but if you are 18 it is time to think about it, if you are not going to further your education. You should ask your parents if you can stay with them longer as long as you pay your way. You need to establish a job and show yourself that you are responsible for your own needs. If you are unable to provide for yourself, your parents should recognize it and allow you to stay with them until you are better able to maintain your own apartment.

I'd say early 20's. By then, you should be established enough to support yourself and be graduated from collage.
