Is it just like the real version or does it have lots of bugs and crash frequently?

There are lots of them, But the following info is to help keep you out of trouble.

First: Microsoft keep's track of all key codes and when they get a lot of registration's for the same key they will shut that key off and that copy is no longer usable, Or Upgradeable, which means it will soon be infected with the latest Malware that comes out and soon after become useless.

Second: Some people who don't like Microsoft (for some reason) will put a virus or other Malware on a copy of windows and distribute that to give Microsoft a bad name. People then use it and think it's Windows that doesn't work (because it's a fresh copy) when it's the Malware on it causing the problem.

Third: CAUTION!!! Microsoft and other companies, and the FBI take pirating very serious and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

I have never reported anyone, but I have had computers brought to me for repair and when I find a pirated copy of Windows I can't repair it because I can't authenticate it with Microsoft on line. The only recourse If they want me to fix it at that time is to purchase a NEW Legal copy of windows so I can install the legal copy.

I have downloaded a pirated version of windows before and yes, it does look and work just like a copy you would buy from the store. The only difference is that when you go to use windows update, it will say that you are not running genuine windows and will not allow you to download updates. Otherwise works great. Takes forever to download though.

Pirated version will lack improvements made to the original version as it will not be able to download & install windows updates. Sometimes it is possible that pirated version wont support certain programs. But i dont think u will access those programs. Its just like ur using pirated MS Office and u want to use Excel Add-ons. Rest is okie. It will work normally. My friend is using pirated version but he's ok with it. Ofcourse, there r various advantages of using original Windows. U can download dozens of softwares, update windows and microsoft components, enhance security protection etc.

Thanks!!

I'm not tellin'. I don't but it would seem like if there are bugs, you may not be able to fix the issues. Just download it to a piece-of-s**t computer first, and if it works ok on that, then you could try it on your good computer. As long as you have the KEY to it, you shouldn't have any (or many) problems, no matter where you get it from.

There was one that was in circulation for quite a while but MS caught up with it and blocked the serial number from its list of legitimate ones, thus not allowing Windows Updates or support for it.

It was real, it was stable, yeah.
