Polls don't look good

So give your best advise to someone who might want to know. What should they do now to protect themselves? Or do you think nothing?

I would guess one answer would be a get a job and make yourself dependable if you don't have one now. Any more?

BOCCBOCCMEOW IS RIGHT . I ALWAYS LIKE TO REMIND " AMERICANS " THAT THEY ARE IMMIGRANTS TOO . WHO BUILT THIS COUNTRY ? WHO IS BUILDING IT NOW ? READ ABOUT YOUR VERY LIMITED HISTORY , MAYBE EVEN WHY ENGLISH IS THE VERNACULAR .

THERE IS A WAY TO PAY TAXES IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PROPER "PAPER WORK". THIS WILL BE HELPFUL IF/WHEN YOU APPLY TO BECOME LEGAL . THERE IS A BOOKLET WHICH LISTS ELIGIBILITY FOR A GREEN CARD ,CHECK ON LINE . THERE IS LOTS OF HELP OUT THERE ,DON'T LET ANYBODY INTIMIDATE YOU .

If I was an illegal immigrant in the USA right now, things looking like they do, (not that I would have ever come here illegally, in the first place), but theoretically, and being the person I am with the moral values I have, even if I had come to this country illegally, I think I would be thinking right now that the best thing for me and my family would be if I returned to my home country and went about applying correctly asap. I think I would be thinking that I want to be at the front of the line of all the illegals who are going to be getting deported over the next while and that my best bet now will be to take myself home, not be deported, so that I have a better chance of returning legally.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do if you don't have an I-94. You needed permission from USCIS to be in this country, this means a visa. If you had a visa and lost your I-94, then you can apply for another one. go www.emichoice.com for information regarding this matter. If you never had one and apply for one then you will be asked to leave the country. Short answer to your question. If you came here without any documents, even if you marry a citizen without and I-94, when you go to the interview to get you Green Card you will be denied and deportation process will begin. I am sorry, but that is the law....If you dont believe then contact uscis and ask an immigration officer that same question. I hope I was helpful.......

Go back. They broke our laws, ignored the lines respectable immigrants followed that led to them becoming REAL American citizens, all because they were either criminals, didn't want to bother to learn about our country or our language, or had diseases.

These are really the only limits that coming illegal puts on you. They didn't want it. They don't care about this country. They think we OWE them, that the country was stolen from them, that we are bad when THEY are breaking the law.

Better. Stay. Be arrested. Be put in prison.

I'd suggest that they go back home and change their government (which made it a felony to cross the border INTO their country illegally, all the while helping illegal aliens to this country get into the U.S.), but I doubt they have the ethics, the responsibility, the ambition, or the morals to do it. Instead they want an easy hand-out at our expense.

NO MORE!

I think America is great. Everyone at some point in history was an immigrant except the native americans. I think that being in America illegally would not be something to be proud of. I know it is a hard and long process to become an american but these things are necessary so immigrants can come into america and become citizens, get good jobs and be proud of the work they accomplished to get here.

Illegals should return to their countries. Deportation is a more aggressive reality at the moment. Americans are angry and tired of assuming additional burdens placed on our society by those that break our laws. If illegals are deported vs leaving voluntarily, then they face a 10 yr wait for the opportunity to re-enter legally (US Immigration Laws). All the time and effort put into "hiding" and document fraud could be used so much more effectively in changing the political systems of their native countries.

Seems The ILLEGAL ALIENS Have A Choice

To Leave Voluntarily NOW

Or Get Deported In Handcuffs Later

The advise I can share with someone in that position is GO HOME Everyone has this beautiful picture of the US in their heads. (and it it) I understand that people come here to make a better life for themselves. (I can't blame them) You must understand the that same drive that push to want to be a part of this great country can be used to make you great in your country. Look around the world their are great men and women everywhere. You must taste what you want.

Your right paperwork would help them stay-any legal document and work record. A clean record why they are here.
That was a good question I am sure someone would like to know how but doesn't know where to begin.

If you’re not a citizen, don’t swear allegiance to the USA, don’t pay taxes yet receive free education and health care, GO HOME. NOW. And I DON’T CARE if you call me a racist.

dusty for king, you're wrong. I was never an immigrant.
