That's pretty funny. In real-life, I don't think a chronic liar has enough insight to see that they are a chronic liar. I know a big time liar, she's never really admitted to being a liar, but has been caught in lies, so, if she were to tell me that she were a chronic liar, I'd be thinkin' "duh!" But I'd have to wonder where this "I'm a chronic liar" admission came from. I know it's true because I know she's a liar, but I wouldn't believe that she knew it was true. See what I'm sayin?

Well, you just told us he is a chronic liar, so yes. Now if the question was "If someone tells you they're a chronic liar do you believe him?" it's just a personal opinion =)

yes, a chronic liar is just that, chronic, not consistent, therefore a person who is not a liar would not tell you they were, that would be lying, but a chronic liar sometimes speaks the truth
