Do you mean the insurgents as being the person that was shot by the American military shooter? The insurgents are evil and military shooter can be rest assurred that he has rid the world of an evil person.

because the shooter is nothing but a cold hearted basterd thats like if i shot my boyfriend for example for catching him in bedd with another woman i wouldnt feel guilty i wouldnt be dieing inside its all about the coincense and how u think about it
how would you feel if u shot someone for no reason and didnt even care ?

That's easy, because the person being shot had a chunk of metal rip through their body leaving massive trauma that leads to them dieing of shock.
