Yes. Sometimes, it feels good to get a bug up you a*s about something, even if it's small. Gets the anger out about what's *really* bothering you, without you having to get it out.

I used to....mostly during my adolescence and during my 9 year marriage. But just before I ended my marriage, I finally let go of that....it was a need for power, really. Over reacting to things is a way of feeling power when things feel out of your control.
