I am trying to lose weight and have a bunch of time to kill at work. I work at a pottery studio and it gets a little slow. Does anyone know any sort of workout I can do while at work without making a fool out of myself if someone comes in?

Try some squats, lunges, (to work quads)and heel raises to work your calves.

You might also want to try some resistance bands. You might be able to sneek in some exercises. Check out this site.

stop eating so much. get busier at work. if you want to lose weight you must cut your food consumption in half. you will probably feel hungry. but even if you eat alot you will feel hungry. so you would be better off eating less and be hungry than eat a lot and be hungry. grow up and do the right thing and stop the eating. its about integrity.

Have you seen that scene with the potter's wheel in Ghost? That's one way to get a workout...

NEW JOB!!!

nah just kidding
when you're sitting, always tap or bounce your leg
also when you're sitting, lift yourself up with your legs and hold yourself (in sitting position) in the air (REALLY works out thighs)
Just keep bouncing and moving around!! when you're standing, bounce up and down
pull in stomach
stand still and lift yourself up on your toes (REALLY works calves)
anything you can think of that is funny!!
