you could cut back on your sodium intake and start drinking alot of water.try portion control too! you dont have to deprive yourself just making those to samll changes will help alot and you might want to stop eating mcy d's. try some pilates or.some crunches on a stability ball. go to about.com and click on their health/fitness link they have all sorts of exersizes/info and they actually show you pictures of the workouts. its great! also my advice to you woould be to use wieghts when you work out, because the more muscle you build the faster your metabalism gets.=burn more fat

Well you could do situps or tummy crunches.

But those can be boring. I would count my calories. You don't have to eat 200 calories only a day- you can eat 1000-1500 (the average range where women will lose weight). By cutting back your calories, your metabolism will get a boost and shed pounds. If your tummy is your problem area, you'll shed weight from there. Be forewarned though- you may also lose your *chest* while dieting, it happens to all women when they drop weight.

you can try eating a bit more vegetables and less meat when your at home , and you can go walking or jogging to lose the slight bit of weight , or theres the crunches you can do to lose the stomach weight , about 20 minutes of crunches a day and youll be lighter than when you left school most likely. hope this helps :)
