I don't believe any country would be so dumb as to do this....It would mean the total destruction of themselves as well as possibly the whole world.......But, I do believe that some type of terrorist will eventually get their hands on some type of nuke and use it on us or some of our allies.....Just a matter of when and how....

I hope no one does but I bet someone will and don't blame Bush for missing bombs from Russia.

I knew Bombs were getting stolen from Russia when Clinton was President, such concerns were raised on a couple of TV Specials I watched but I kept this a secret from a lot of people cause most people back then would have thought I was full of crap or listening to crap.

But now guess what I see now, exactly things I figured were coming.

To be quite honest with you ... no.

With a Republican President ... sending a nuclear missile toward the United States would result in very quick response. The ability of the offending nation to wage war ... or even provide utilities to its citizens ... would be eliminated in very short order.

The response, believe it or not, would be the same with a Democrat in the Presidency.

A terrorist nuclear attack, on the other hand, is looming larger and larger. With suitcase nukes available in the world today, it is almost inevitable that some nutball Fundamentalist Muslim will set one off in the U.S. in the next couple of years.

Even with that likelihood facing us, many are still whining about "being spied on" by our government. I must assume they would prefer a nuclear explosion killing 100,000 Americans over having the government "snoop" on them.

It's kind of unbelievable, isn't it?

I think it could happen. We have had things good off of the work of our founding fathers and the lives of many brave men, even today. America has become too political, we worry about too many peoples' feelings. War has become a spectacle and a rating's quest. We are binding ourselves, and chewing our own legs off with freedom of speech and the media (during war)
Example: I know there has been some major, world wide, critical events that have been progressive against terrorism. BUT...the media focuses on what AMERICA does wrong??? (Aljazeera- ESPECIALLY) We got attacked first-If we tell you we are coming for you-the best thing to do is leave-quickly. Some people are glad America is what it is, but that doesn't get good ratings. The media will be the defeat of America-as we knew it.

Yes. At some point either another nation will nuke the US boundary states, or someone from another country will succeed in a terrorist attack using a Nuke. It's really only a matter of time. Think of the cheetah analogy. A cheetah only has to run as fast as the slowest (insert furry fast running animal here) but said animal has to run faster than the fastest Cheetah to be completely safe.

We'll be nuked eventually. People will die. It WILL suck. but we'll survive as a whole.

Will someone eventually annihilate that picture in your avatar?

God! I hope so.

See how the guy retaliates against a joke, Gregory. You should have the discernment to see the aggression and antagonism implicit in that guy's pose. It doesn't take two seconds to pick up on the attitude he is projecting in that picture. I don't have anything personal against the guy, I am just harassing him a little bit because I can see that he his vulnerable to it, and immediately he retorts by calling me a homosexual.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

Come on bro, just get a picture of yourself smiling or something like that. Why do you have to show yourself looking all tough in your cheerleader wristbands.

I can't say. Perhaps eventually as countries grow and learn nuclear secrets and start using them against us during wartime

Also, George D, that's mean.

No civilized country will nuke the United States - we'd hit them back ten-fold and they know it... However, I think that if Al- Queda ever got their hand on one, and somehow had launching capability, we'd be screwed... Terrorists have no fear, and no set base, so we wouldn't know where to attack...

It's a definate possibility. I just hope I'm way out of reach of the nukes when they hit.
