Oh, my! The previous answers are just terrible! DO NOT trust an automatic translator. Do you know what those lame translations mean? They mean "I don't think we're going to DO it, because we're too different!"

The correct translation is: "No creo que lo logremos, porque somos demasiado diferentes" or "No creo que lo nuestro funcione, porque somos demasiado diferentes".

Yeah, Eduarodi's right... In such a context with "hacer," "it" definitely is the same idea in Spanish as in English. Although your boyfriend might get the hint by telling him you don't think y'all are going to do it, I'm not sure that's the note you want to end the relationship on... *giggle giggle* :)

You can say:

"No creo que podamos seguir en esta relacion, porque tu y yo somos muy diferentes.... "
