Don't feed her less, feed her a more healthy food. And just like people, dogs have varying weight guidelines. When you take your dog in for her yearly checkup, as the vet's advice. And what do you mean by a lot of treats? Once or twice a day is plenty. Also, you might want to change when you feed her. I feed my dogs twice a day, once at 6 am and once at 4 pm. That way, there is plenty of day left to work some of the evening meal...smiling. Good luck.

they make reduced calorie dog food - try that and keep exercising. Dog food has a lot of fat so hopefully a less fatty version will work. Try to find something with No by-product or corn meal like Wellness brand

If you are already reducing food and exercising the dog and she still doesn't seem to lose weight, I would consider getting her thyroid checked just to make sure that's not the reason that she's keeping the weight on.

#1 ... Exercize....#2 Food... High quality "grain free" "human quality" is best... small hint... if you can buy it at the grocery store ...it isn't high quality... I am not in the states so I am not familar with avail brands but I have heard good things about Inova...look at the bag to see what the feeding amount are for your dogs IDEAL weight and subtract 10-20 percent... they if your baby is still hungry you can supplement with peas, green beans or carrots! ...#3 more exercize ...its good for you too!

Use weight control foods. Also, look up online how much you should feed your dog. You may be thinking you aren't feeding her much, but still may be overfeeding her without realizing.

Reducing her food isn't *quite* the right answer. Make sure that she's eating good food. Check with your vet or local pet superstore.

Keep her running/ walking.
