I don't understand what you're asking or why. They had the prophecies to tell them Christ was to come but that was it. Why are you asking such a strange question?

It's all over the Old Testament. Doesn't anyone read or study their Bible?

Psalm 118:22 The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Isaiah 52:13-15 (This was written 700 years before his birth)

There are many more. When Jesus confronted the Pharisees he said to them: "You know who I am." They knew the Old Testament scriptures and all the writings (predictions) of the Messiah. They were not ignorant.

"Christ" is the Greek interpretation of "Messiah".

That question is never clearly answered in the Bible. Those souls that lay dormant until Christs resurection may have rose with Him. Another opinion by Bible scholars is that no one enters the Kingdom until Judgement day. God says our time here on earth is merely a flicker, so in death, thousands of years may feel like moments. You'll have to ask Him when you see Him.

In the book of Isaiah: “Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a Virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call his name Immanuel,” which means: God is with us (Isaiah 7:14). Throughout the Old Testament.. people heard the coming of Christ... In New Testament.. it happened as it was prophesied...

Christ's prophesy dates back to the garden of eden, when God told Eve that woman would give birth to Jesus Christ. No man is without exuse for not repenting and trusting in Jesus Christ for salvation.

There was a prophet of God who lived during that era and asked God if he could see the Messiah before he died. God allowed him to meet Jesus and he died happy. Its in the New Testament, spend some time reading it rather than just listening to your preachers. Also, In one of Peters books there is a short story of what happened to Jesus when he went to hell and who he talked to. If you remember, Peter was a deciple, not just a convertee.

The prophets tell it all. Just because they didn't know his first name doesn't mean they didn't know the second. The first being Jesus, the second being Christ, which is the transliteration of the Messiah into Greek.
