joseph smith was the prophet of your religion. in the Old testament what was the belivers to do if a prophet prophsied and it did not happen? granted some propheseys were about later times, but the ones that were about then and so forth. and how many of joseph smiths prophesy's really came to pass???

In the Bible it tells us that prophesy is not perfect because we are not shown everything. The more in tune with God the better they seen what was going to happen. But with God he does not show the time tables that go with the visions so many things may still be in the future. A lot of the prophets visions need a explanation that has to come from the lord. As far as I know all the prophecy's of Joseph Smith have came true except the ones that still are in the future. which are still a lot of them.

they all did really. all you have to do is read the book of mormon. i have read it and mormonism is my religion. its a great religion. and if you ever need anything answered about them, just ask away.
