cardio - elliptical, but for total wellness - yoga and/or pilates...you feel great after each session...there's this lady in my class and her body is so toned it's amazing...that lady is 57 years old with a body of a 20 year old...

I love the elliptical. I used it at the gym I joined for a year and then when my membership expired, I bought one. Of course, when you have it at home, doesn't make much for motivation b/c it's there all the time. When you join a gym you feel an obligation to go b/c you paid for a membership.

*billy blanks kickboxing vidoes because its fun as hell , gets your cardio in and targets your whole body *burn and firm pilates dvd- because it is a bit*her to do but it really gets you in shape(especially for women). its how i started out after i had my second kid and it toned me right up. it was hard beacause it was an intense 45 minute workout but i loved it all the same because i knew it was kicking my but right into shape
