In China and Japan, white is associated with death.
To me, blue represents the universal rather than heaven.
Black isn't always evil, but can represent the subconscious or magic.
Yellow is related to gold, and can be a sign of money. It was a color of emperors in China at one point. Like orange, it can be a symbol of the wild and new beginnings. Daffodils tend to be yellow, and are symbolic of promise.

That depends on what you believe, I don’t believe black = evil,
1) Black: absorbs negative energy, divination, protection, binding & banishing.
2) White: Cleansing, peace, protection, healing, truth, divination, tranquility (white can be used in place of any other color.
3) Red: sexual love, lust, passion, fire, will power, courage, energy, strength & anger.
4) Blue: truth, tranquility, protection, hope, honor, change, psychic ability.
5) Green: abundance, growth, healing, prosperity, fertility, employment, luck, success.
And to make a long list short.
6) Yellow: Joy, vitality, intelligence, study, persuasion, charm, creativity, & communication.

Yellow is a holy color too. It's the color of the sun and is said to be a happy color. I'm afraid though your identification of black is wrong. Black is a protection color and is said to ward off evil. This is true of both Christian tradition and Pagan (those two seem to share a lot of things) Purple is the most majestic of all and is said to be the color that represents God.

You're obviously limited in your thinking and experience. Colours mean many things in different places. The Thais use colours for the days of the week.
red - love, anger (hell is a fable for the ignorant)
black - mourning, death, intense anger or rage
blue - seas, sadness (heaven is a fable for the ignorant)
green - illness AND health, not just envy
yellow - death (in buddhism), light, warmth, wealth

Many CHarismatic Churches have introduced colors to represent elements of Christianity. This is a worldly notion. It is not referenced anywhere in the Bible and therefore should not be considered fact. The Bible refers only to darkness and light.

it is all not true. it is just said to associate colors and to describe the places. white(pure) for holy. black(dull and dark) for evil, red(fire and pain and blood) for hell, blue(water that sustains life and the colour of sky) for heaven.
but if u wish to know, yellow is for nasty and dirty things.it actually got associated to nasty things, because our excreta is yellow and people started associating nasty and dirty things to yellow.
