ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups jet puffed mim marshmallows
6 cups Post fruit and Bran with peaches, almonds & Raisins
(this cereal is in the recipe but you can use any kind you like)

In microwave safe bowl add butter and peanut butter. Microwave 1 min stir, add marshmallows, toss to coat. Microwave 1 1/2 min. or until marshmallows are puffed, stir til well blended. Cruch cereal add to peanut butter mix. (at this poin i also add dried cranberries and sometimes nuts) Mix well. Press cereal minture firmly into
8X8 pan let stand 1 hr cut into bars. Store bars in airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.


Ingredients:

4 c. uncooked rolled oats

1/2 c. sesame seeds

3/4 c. sunflower seeds or chopped almonds (almonds are the *best for you* nuts!)

1/3 c. honey

1/3 c. sunflower oil

2 T. water

3/4 c. raisins



Directions...

In a large bowl mix together oats and seeds. In a smaller bowl combine honey, oil and water and pour over oat mixture, stir well. Spread mixture onto a large rimmed baking sheet and bake 35-40 minutes until browned on top, stirring granola every 5-10 minutes while baking. Remove from oven and cool. Add raisins and stir once more. Store granola in sealed container for several weeks, or freeze for longer storage.

Makes 6 cups
