Well let's put it this way, that would be because they are NOT American!
I would have thought that ANYTHING that was not American would be good, but it is nice that you single out English as the option of choice

as a fellow englishman, i wholeheartedly agree with my colleague above, and wish more american women were attracted to classiness. There seems to be a scant supply of american women who feel as you do.
