Eggs are full of cholesterol. You should not eat more than 4 a week. It is bad for your heart.

O gee dude are you nuts? Ever hear of cholesterol and how much is in just one of those egg yokes? Eat just the whites; that's all the protein and trash the yellow. Hey by the way; know what happens to all that muscle after you one day tire of all the training? Now you have another question and if I was you I would make sure to find the correct answer before you train a lot more.

Eggs are *full* of cholestoral. Not good. If you're under 34 then it's ok but older then you'll just have to get your protein elsewhere. What we really need is whey-protein, get it at the health food store. It will probably cost less than eggs.

Good luck. I'm in training too, but I just can never put on weight. Though I want over all fitness and muscle. I'm trying peanut butter at the moment.

What we really need is steroids, but again, very bad if we're over 34. Heck, they're pretty bad anyhows.

Actually eating 6 egg WHITES would be health and good for you if you are weight training. The yokes are full of cholesterol and fat. Separate the egg whites and yokes and just scramble up the whites. I used to eat a whole dozen whites every morning when I was weight training.

there is no longer something incorrect w/ eggs! a million-2 Yolks an afternoon is often ok. I commonly have a million total egg and three egg whites with my breakfast contained in the morning. And if slightly extra sneaks in, ah properly. Protein is significant for construction muscle and eggs are an mind-blowing source! carry on!

I believe that more than 4-5 eggs a week arent that great for you. Buy yourself some protein shakes or just eat some chicken breast instead so you dont have all that cholesterol.

Eating as many eggs as possible in the morning is great if you are a bodybuilder. The protein in the eggs is great for muscle toning. The downside is eggs are fattening. I suggest you eat the eggs scrambled or even boiled if that suits your tastes.

actually if u are working out in the mourning you should wait till after your workout to eat this will make your body to burn fat better rather than if u ate prior to your work out your body would burn what u have eatin.....u can eat a lil something. 6 eggs with the yolk is really high on your cholesteral. I would go with protien shakes and lower your egg intake.

It's unhealthy because of the large amount of cholesterol in the yolks. Having high blood cholesterol levels can lead to strokes and other serious problems.

if you are absolutely serious about bodybuilding eat the eggs up, but for sure get a good protein shake, do not get one with creatine, buy the creatine seperate, it is easier to moderate the intake of it and is way cheaper. dont look to eggs as your only source of protein either go with some chicken and fish and occasionally a good steak make sure you a taking a gram of protein for every pound of body weight. you'll bulk up with protein, if you really looking to get big try animal pak supplements, buy them at bodybuilding.com they did wonders for me
