I have a small fleet of trucks running around town for my business, is there a device that lets me find their possition from my office computer/internet?

I am aware that there are more complex systems out there, but i'm trying to see if there is something less expensive and simple..... with today's technology, there should be

Yes, there is such a thing. Check out your local 2-way radio shops. When I worked at one we sold vehicle tracking systems. They were intended for small business and should be just what you are looking for.
