If you are walking around town high on marijuana, but with no actual drugs or paraphanelia on you, can you be arrested or even get in trouble?

to answer your question: Yes. You can be arrested for wearing glasses. ok? I didn't say, you couldn't beat the ticket. But it will take a lawyer to beat it.
Now.....you piss a cop off, and it can cost you money. You may beat the ticket AFTER you paid the lawyer.
Did you win? Who won? Who is out the time and money?

It is not illegal to have marijuana in your system unless you are driving a car. Then it is Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. It is however illegal to buy, sell and posess marijuana. So i guess smoke it fast and stay put.

Yeah...marijuana is illegal and consumption of the drug is illegal. We have people get thrown into detention all the time because the are high on some kind of drug. Don't risk it, it's not worth being locked up all the time.

Yes, you can get arrested. It's called "under the influence of a narcotic". Don't let anyone tell you different. My son was arrested because he "smelled" like pot. Just don't act stupid if you pass a cop on the street.

depends where you are .some cops can arrest you for having one seed in the car,
all places are different
you could be arrested for walking under the influence
maybe even if you had your shoes in your hand ,sitting down
they could say ,that you had the intention of walking

Oh yeah...........You betcha!! It is called being intoxicated in public. And yes, it happens more to people that are drinking, and not smoking pot. It also depends on the state or country you live. If you live in Amsterdam, don't worry about it as it is legal. Well, good luck! Don't get busted!!!

no as long as you admitt you are under the influencne you cannot get arrested citated or any thing as long as u dont got any
form of drugs on u

no there is no way an officer can prove that you are high. they can not give you a blood or urine test on the street, therefore there is no way to prove it. Being high isnt illegal, posessing things that make you high is.
