lot of people still drink it that way - they mix the two and boy does it give you a kick. I kind of wish they still did it that way.

That was when coke was first invented and that was a long time ago, I think Cocaine was legal back then, but they took it out and kept the name Coke which is short for cocaine

There was a small amount of cocaine in Coca-Cola but was removed years ago...early 40's, I think. Wasn't enough to affect you...and it was illegal then. Besides, who'd want a Coke when there is Dr Pepper out there...much better. Be a Pepper...drink Dr Pepper!

There used to be alot of crazy stuff in products over the years. I just know that Coke is great now and hopefully they won't pull the big blunder they did in the 80"s with "NEW Coke" That really blew.

I used to drink alot of coke but it makes my teeth feel bad so i no longer drink coke that much but i don't think they still put cocaine in coke but it still has the name

That is absolutely true!! When I was around 5 or 6 years old my dad used to go to the drug store and buy a bottle of coca cola syrup when I had a stomache ache. In those days you could only get it by prescription.

yah.. i think coke has a cocaine.. that's why it makes you awake always.. and that is where they got the name COKE
