Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

There is no magic bullett or medicine for that matter. Many "weight loss" medications have possible dangerous side effects that require close supervision by a physician. The key is appropriate diet and exercise. Long term use of these medicines is usually not recommended. Therefore, when you stop the medication the weight is likely to return unless you've changed your lifestyle. Ultimately it's still up to your resolve. Many pills "actually work" but long term success is rare and almost all of them suggest exercise anyway. Most are "stimulants" and have side effects related to that fact. Not good for people with underlying health problems such as high blood pressure.

It is kind of a secret and I don't know if I should just reveal it right here in the open. This pill is really amazing, because it works every time and it helped all of my clients. The benefits of using it go beyond simply loosing weight since it also contains all of the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. You need to take it at least 3 times a day, but preferably 5 to 6 times a day.
If I reveal it here, I'm afraid to loose my clientele. Should I do it?
Well, since you seem like a nice person I'll go for it. Are you ready? You have to promise me that you don't tell anyone about it, because it is my secret weapon. Oh and did I mention that this pill is backed up by numerous scientific studies? Get a pen and a peace of paper and write down the name of this pill. It is called - protein, vegetables and fruits pill. It works like a charm; give it a try I guarantee it.

You will not lose an ounce of weight if you do not diet and exercise.
CLA & Xenadrine NRG works wonders.
I'm trying to lose weight and I've lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. Some would say this is unhealthy, but my muscle mass has actually increased.
Here is a supplementation plan that I use.

Here is another great article.

I weight lift 5 times a week and do cardio 6 times a week. I eat calories only minue 300 calories of my BMR and I drink a lot of water. I eat one cheat meal every week .
Remember that most energy/diet pills work it you combine them with exercise and diet. My current body fat percentage is 11 percent from I believe close to 13 percent before.

I woulnd't recommend taking any of those pills. Most of them have high doses of caffeine. They mainly give you energy so you will try to take on more projects and that will keep your mind off eating. The best thing to do is to start walking and eventually do aerobics or weight training. Instead of eating three big meals per day, try eating six small meals with some protein and green vegetables. When you eat big meals, your body thinks it will be a long time before you will eat again and then it will store the calories. When you eat more smaller meals then your body will burn off the calories at a faster rate. When you eventually start to do aerobics and weight training, you will be building muscle. When you build muscle, it will burn off calories at a higher rate, even when you are sleeping.

Weight loss drugs
The purpose of this guide is to provide information on popular weight loss drugs. people who have difficulty losing weight through diet and exercise alone, there are a number of FDA-approved prescription weight loss drugs that may help."On average, individuals who use weight loss drugs lose about 5 percent to 10 percent of their original weight, though some will lose less and some more," says the FDA's Colman.
Short term weight loss drugs include: Bontril (phendimetrazine tartrate), Desoxyn (methamphetamine) and Ionamin and Adipex-P (phentermine). Prescription weight loss drugs are approved only for those with a BMI of 30 and above, or 27 and above if they have other risk factors, such as high blood pressure or diabetes.People should contact a doctor before using any kind of drug, including a weight loss drug.
Drug treatment may be necessary to induce weight loss and weight maintenance. Two medications currently are approved for long-term weight loss treatment: sibutramine and orlistat.Phentermine, a noradrenergic agent, is approved for short-term as a weight loss drug.
Orlistat (Xenical), Roche Laboratories' new obesity treatment, has been approved for obesity management when used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet. Orlistat is intended for use in obese patients with an initial body mass index greater than or equal to 30, or greater than or equal to 27 when accompanied by risk factors such as high blood pressure or diabetes. The Xenical weight loss drug is also indicated to reduce the risk of subsequent weight regain.

There are not any good diet pills out there that will really work unless you drink plenty of ice water & excercise everyday,
Just watch what you eat and drink..cut out sugar and caffine too much is not good for you. Get plenty of rest but never eat anything after 6pm unless it is fat free. eat thing high in protein and do not eat large portions, five mini meals a day will help you lose. Good Luck!

Avoid pills (except multivites), drink water ONLY if you can (make sure you have a glass 1/2 hour before meals to prevent overeating), and make sure that the food you eat is nutrient-dense; you will feel full while taking in less total calories (compare how many cooked veggies you can eat versus raw veggies - the cooking reduces nutrients so you have to eat more which = more calories).
Obviously, avoid processed foods (flours and sugars) to eliminate "empty" calories. I've become slim and muscular since adapting to these ideas.

DONT TAKE PILLS!
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
