Being the Mom of cats myself, I agree with the forum. Take that child to the Vet immediately...or tomorrow morning, depending on his symptoms tonight.

What has he eaten? He could have low blood sugar if he hasn't eaten enough. He may be cold or it could be nerves. Pick him up and hold him close to your body for a while. That will take care of either problem. He may need the warmth or comfort. If that doesn't work he could be seriously ill so you need to take him to the vet.
