If it is as bad as you make it out to be and this is a real question of mental health then you can go to any hospital and they can admit you to the mental ward there. There are professional therapist that you can see. If this is a matter of sucide which I hope it is not you can go to the hospital or call the police and they will take you there. Affording mental help should not be the objective getting the help should be. If you are serious go to the hospital. Please do not wait until it is to late. Just go. Nothing to be ashamed of by asking for help.. That is why they are there. Also as far as the bill some mental health problems are considered a disability and you can recieve medicaid and ssi to help with the medical bills. Get help dont let money be your undoing.

It seems like the mockers are out tonight. I'm sorry that people don't have anything better to do than to make snide comments to a person who is suffering. One answer that I saw looked pretty good though, and that was the one about going to church.

I would advise you to find a good local Bible teaching Christian church and start showing up and listening to the teaching. Ask God to give you his Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus and you will receive power to overcome your mental health issues. Not only that, but by becoming a member of the body of Christ you will have access to help from other people who really care about you because in Christ we are all one family.

Since I don't know where you live I can't recommend a church for you but I would look for a non-denominational or a regular Baptist type church. Here's a link to the teachings my Pastor gives so that you can find out how a gifted teacher can give you hope and encouragement from God's Word.

Do yourself a favor and take 20 minutes to listen to one of the messages that looks like it might address the issues going on in your life.

If you truly feel you need mental help, contact the nearest counselling services in your area. Explain your situation to them (emotional and financial) and I'm sure they can tell you exactly what you can do. No one will deny you the help that you need, no matter what your financial situation may be. Go to the emergency room in a hospital. They can also help you. They can direct you to wherever you need to go. They will bring a counsellor in who will talk to you, then place you where you should be to get the help you need. Best of luck!!!

Many counties have mental health centers that base their fees on your income. Can be as little as $5 a month.

You are not giving much to go on. However, there are usually clinics anf hospitals which specialize in special cases such as yours. Unfortunately in order to recieve treatment you need to turn yourself over to them and allow them to treat your condition as they see fit. You cannot decide after a few days that you are fine and want to go home, you need to finish treatment. A friend of mine has a sister who recently went through a similar experience i was afraid for her, luckily her sister is doing much better, i'm sure you will too, take care.

the cheapest way to seek emotional health issues is to ask your friends or family (in a serious way) if they wouldn't mind taking on the challenge of working with you to help solve a problem you are having
