So anyway. I'm at my friend's house and he has these colour dyes: neon blue, neon purple, neon red, neon orange, and neon green. My hair is bleached blonde right now. I can't make my own mind: Help!!

Red dye comes off easily, which means your sheets and towels will be red. Red, orange and purple have red dye.
Blue comes off even more easily, but not on fabric, so you will have to reapply every 3 or 4 hair washes. Blue, purple and green have blue dye.
So I would go with purple, cuz it would be purple for some days, then the red dye will wash off and it will become blue and the blue will come off and it will become green (since you are already blond). You will get 3 colors going through dyeing your hair only once.
Although Orange sounds cool also, you will be like Josie from Josie and the Pussycats

Hey, it's only Manic Panic - try them all. I did and found that I liked blue the best. The others were fun, at the time, especially hot pink/fuschia...but I felt like Bozo The Clown when I did the orange. Experiment - and make your own decision. It is, after all 'self expression'...and you've only got a few years to do it before it just looks silly. Have fun with it while you can!

Neon Orange. It will last longer and stick out more and goes with alot of stuff.
