'Greatness' is a relative term - and what seems 'greatest' to one person might be rated as 'trash' in another's opinion !
Over the centuries, several famous and renowned painters have dabbled in water colours. A list of the stalwarts among them can be seen at :

ME!(just kidding) but i love drawing and watercolors! i'm sorry but i don't really know who. don't juge anybody. even a worst painter could become a best painter. people have different opinions anyway.
