If you have an ice cream maker, you can re-freeze it using the machine. If not, give it to a cat lo lick in a hot summer say. It's a nice& refresing way to give milk to a cat.. LOL

Some stores actually refreeze ice cream that has melted and sell it. My friend got deathly ill from eating Baskin Robbins ice cream and ended up in the hospital.
Be careful when and where you buy it.
