im hungry rite now and im about to go 2 sleep.. i want 2 eat sumthin little that will last the whole night..whats something i can eat? dat will process slowsly??

I would stick with something that is low in sugar, is low glycemic, low in fat and no to little caffeine...maybe something you would eat for breakfast like cereal (low-sugar kind like cheerios or total) or oatmeal or maybe even toast

i like to eat a bowl of cereal with some lowfat milk. frosted shredded wheat is good because it is a whole grain, but has a bit of sweetness to it. but of course, whatever you have is probably substantial.
