Does god pay any rent for the universe?
Certainly NO. Why? Bec. the owner of the universe died 5billions years ago. So God is a lucky bump.

It depends on where you bought the bible. Some places donate a portion of the proceeds, while others just use the money to buy more bibles to sell. What difference does it make? You bought a bible, so start reading it. God will take care of the rest.

When you buy a Bible at a book store, it's a business transaction. The money goes to the book store, the book distributor and the book publisher just like any other book.
At our church we give Bibles away for free if a person really wants to read it. We pay the book store for the cost of the Bible and then give it to those who sincerely want to know what it says.
Peace.

Where does the money go that you used to pay for the dictionary? Where does the money that we use to pay for utilities go? Where does the money go? You were not forced to buy a Bible. As a matter of fact, you could have gotten one free.
Where did your brain go? You know the one God gave you to think. Where did it go?

Into the bookstore owners pockets... The mark up on books, even Bibles is obnoxious.

Sorry but more often than not it DOES NOT go to what it should!
It is suppose to pay the way for the messenger of the church or minister - but only his means to survive!
But by looking at their material things you'll find there means is much more than should be!

The money YOU spend on Bibles is quite possibly used up in buying a postage stamp for a church mailing. (( A postage stamp - singular)

To the company that published the book of course.
The thing actually costs money to print, bind, box and distribute.

Part of it goes to the publishing company, the printing company, the shipping company, and the book store.
