Treat the area with an insecticide solution formulated for pubic lice. You can purchase one over the counter or by prescription. Use according to the directions.
2. Wash in hot water all linens, bedding, towels and clothing that may have come in contact with the pubic lice. Dry them in a hot dryer.
3. Dry-clean infested items that cannot be machine-washed.
4. Put non-machine-washable quilts and blankets inside a large trash bag and seal it tightly. Leave it sealed for at least 10 days. Pubic lice can survive for only 24 to 48 hours away from the body, but nits may take longer to hatch and then die.
5. Inform your sexual partner and anyone who has shared any bedding or towels with you. They will need to be treated.
Tips:
Shaving your pubic hair is not usually necessary, and that alone will not kill the pubic lice.
Crabs are annoying but are generally not dangerous, and are not carriers of other sexually transmitted diseases.
Warnings:
Avoid lotions containing lindane. These include products named GBH, Gamene, or Kwell. Check with your pharmacist to make sure your prescription is not for a lindane based product. The National Pediculosis Association strongly advises against using lindane because it has been associated with a number of serious medical condition, including seizures and possibly cancer.

Shave one side and light the other on fire. When they run out, stab them with a fork. :D
Seriously though, the same products used for head lice will work if you follow the directions carefully. Comb out the hair to get the nits. Wash everything in hot water especially bedding and spray everything you can't wash. If you can't spray it then put it in trash bags in the sun for a week or so and for god's sake, stay away from your neighbors house,.

My sympathy. You not only have to kill them on you...but you have to kill them elsewhere....or they just keep getting back on you. Use the Nix, strip the bed and wash all the sheets and blankets in hot water...same with the towels. Wash the toilet and floor and shower with bleach. Be sure if you've thrown your underwear in a hamper with other clothing...it's all got to be washed in very hot water.

see a doctor, but you can also try Avon's Skin So Soft.. might have to apply it several times. Make sure you change your linens and wash all of your clothes too

follow the directions ON THE BOX...follow up WHEN IT SAYS...
get all bedding, pillows, stuffed animals and put in a plastic bag, than put in FREEZER for 48hrs, then WASH.
you're killing the LIVE ones but not the NITS (eggs) Retreat yourself, FOLLOW-UP and treat again, and if you can't clean up your act enough to kill them all-SEE A DOCTOR for nuclear options....good luck!
