they also say we use less than 10% of out brain. so if we could unlock more of our brain then in theory we may have the knowledge to do just about any thing god can do. of course we would not be as atrong as god but we would be nearly god like.

There is magic all around us,but we are numb and have forgotten what it is.I remember every time I look at my kids.I'm not talking spells and all that(although I think some work,maybe just by believing).I still think it's magical when I flip a switch and the lights come one.

I believe in a lot of supernatural stuff and other supposedly offbeat things because they say only 10% of the brain is used, on avg. And, like with muscles, one can "exercise" the brain to increase memory, concentration and etc. And if that's the case, one may notice things that others don't (ghosts, psychic ability and etc).
I don't think God, a god, or any other spiritual thing has anything to do with it. I don't think we'd be nearly god like either. Because if everyone had those skills, powers, abilities and etc, those things would just be used for more hate, greed and etc...

Sorry to say I doubt the 'God' theory you have, although it is intriguing to think we could move in that direction. I would answer that I believe using more of our brain could unlock potentially 'miraculous' things in technology, sciences, etc., comparable to the prevalent 'alien intelligences' and items heretofore held to the realm of science fiction or imbeliveability. Perhaps this could extend someday to the realm of what is now called 'magic', but I don't believe there are any current true practicioners, nor do I beleive the possibility to be in the near future (50-100 years or more)?

Who says magic is not possible, scientists? Science does an excellent job of explaining the material world but it doesn't have the tools needed to investigate the spiritual world.
That having been said, seeking power apart from God is a short sighted and foolish thing to do. Any success a person might achieve isn't going to come about because they've tapped into some elemental force of nature that can be harnessed by some metaphysical training. When magic works it works because demonic forces are seeking to lead people who were created in God's image away from Him and eventually to their destruction. They can't do anything to God directly and so they seek to hurt Him by destroying people whom He has created in his image because they've rebelled against God and are at war with Him.
Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

If we are all godlike than non of us are...
But I do believe that when we learn to use more of our brain many mysteries will be unlocked and so much more will be possible. We just have to wait for God to unlock the other 90% of our brain.

Easy there, Lucifer! lol (just kidding!) We will never become God-like. The Bible tells us that we will only know in part. In other words, there's some things God won't LET us know until the time is right. So, it could be POSSIBLE.... but not until God deems it necessary.

Pinch! Read Genesis, and Adam and Eve, then read about the tower of babel and what happened to those people who tried this unlocking of more of our brain power.........I want to stay as stupid as God wants me to be. I have no problem with it at all.

We are all given gifts from GOD, but no matter the gift, only for good is it alowable and not for magic. Also GOD gives Miracles not magic and we are not to think like Satan to be GODs, only GOD IS.......PERIOD, AMEN!
