why would you even do this?
If you are training him to wear this for a special event (I can't imagine what) then you need to use positive training techniques for him to except this. Clicker training works great.

But, to be honest, go find another hobby and pick on someone your own size. Leave your cat be a cat and enjoy some fun rubs and laying around.

nothey don't. Cats are not animals to dress up. I have a hard time even getting mine to keep a collar on.
