A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.

Unfortunately, weight loss only works one way -- you have to cut calories to lose weight, and the only way to cut calories is either to eat less or exercise more. I'd encourage you to find a form of exercise that you actually enjoy doing. It doesn't have to be "hard work" -- you can add more exercise to your daily life in small amounts (take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk for ten minutes three times a day, etc.), and you're burning calories every time you are more active. Will that be enough for you to lose weight? Probably not, and definitely not fast. But any shortcut anybody tells you about (pills, crash diets, etc.) is NOT going to result in long-term, sustainable weight loss. You're better off if you take it slow and start to make lifestyle changes one at a time.
Incidentally, I weighed about 187 when I was about your age. I lost 40 pounds by the time I got to high school, and it was all because of slowly cutting back on what I ate (just say no a few times a day!) and slowly adding in more exercise. I've kept those 40 pounds off for 15 years and have never felt deprived or like I never got to eat anything I liked. You can do it! Just take it slow and get serious about being a healthier girl.

Listen honey, if you want to lose weight, you need to exercise and eat healthy. If you can't eat healthy and eat proper portions, then it sounds like you have something similar to binge eating. If you ever eat so much that you get way too stuffed, but feel like you couldn't stop yourself or dont' have any control, then you have a problem. You need to remember that you have food available and there are many good tasting healthy choices. If you prepare a lunch or meal ahead of time that is healthy and will fill you, you are more likely to not over eat. Fill your day with alot to do to keep you occupied. For exercise you can rollerblade, go swimming, take a walk, play a game outside, or ridea bike. Just try to do this 30 minutes a day. or do it twice a day in 15 minute increments. If you truly are sick of being big, then you have to make yourself exercise and work hard. It's the only way it can be done!

What if you try playing sports or something like that. I am not into exercising either but I will do anything if it's fun. It also helps if you have a buddy to lose weight with this way you have a support system and that always helps. Remember losing weight slowly is the best way to keep it off. Good Luck!!!

You're asking to do the impossible. Which is remove fat from one area only. Your body don't care if you want to lose fat from your stomach only. Your body will remove fat from all over your body however your genetics see fit. Some people lose fat off their stomach first, some people lose fat off their stomach last. Another virtually impossible thing you want to do is lose fat through exercise. Very difficult and time consuming to do. It is always easier and faster to drop fat by our diet. This ab workout DVD you have will BUILD THE MUSCLE THAT IS UNDER NEATH THE FAT on your stomach. But those ab muscles will never show until the fat is dieted off. Or, if you have a lot longer time schedule, exercised off. For instance, if I have fat arms, and I flex my muscle 1 million times per day, after 6 months guess what? I will still have fat arms. Don't be afraid of eating in a manner that will promote fat loss. THAT is not the same thing as 99% of he diets I see here on Y!A and in real life. THOSE diets suck. Period. It's no wonder people have such a hard time losing fat. Check out this forum. Your question will soon be on page 6. Why? because no one knows how to diet correctly and therefore they're on here asking questions. Now I'm ranting lol sorry anywho, good luck! And if you want a good diet to get that fat off your stomach, feel free to ask

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

Start right away
In order to consistently keep your weight under control, it is advisable to walk about 10,000 steps daily. It is the easiest activity among all the exercise programs and does not involve stress to the body. Apart from the activity of walking, a systematic dietary pattern should be followed so that you are always free from the obesity symptoms.........

Sleep all day and be awake all night. It works for me. I'm sleeping when all the food is being made and at night I am stuck in my room looking at tv. The only meal you'l have to eat will be dinner. At night all the infomercials are on about exercise to get you motiveted.
